On November 5, CR-Harbin's Harbin Passenger Transport Department organized practical English training for crew members who will serve at the 9th Asian Winter Games, aiming to further improve passenger service quality. The training also seeks to build a shared consensus among the crew on providing excellent service to Heilongjiang, the Asian Winter Games and travelers, thus enhancing overall service standards.

The Harbin-Mudanjiang High Speed Railway is a key transportation infrastructure for the 9th Asian Winter Games. During the event, athletes and media representatives from different countries will travel on high speed trains along this route between the Harbin Ice Sports Zone and Yabuli Snow Sports Zone. The train service will not only highlight China's speed but also serve as a showcase for China's railway service. To ensure top-notch service, the Harbin Passenger Transport Department has selected over 30 highly qualified crew members to handle the services during the event.

Currently, the crew members are fully engaged in learning international etiquette, body language and emergency response plans. The Harbin Passenger Transport Department will also continue to implement a series of upgrades, including enhancing the carriage environment, organizing cultural and artistic activities, promoting civilized travel, the "Blue Dove" charity program, enhancing and completing the "Warm Supplies" initiative and the "Zero Violations, Zero Complaints" internal party project. These efforts, under the "Ten-One" theme, are aimed at providing passengers with refined and more internationally styled services.
